Practise with others in your favorite space, in your very own cosy atmosphere.
Just turn off sounds that might disturb you, like the breathing of the other participants.
As the sessions will be recorded you have the oppurtunity to repeat the session as often as you like for up to 7 days!
So if you are in a timezone which makes it impossible for you to take part, just book the session and you’ll be forwarded the link to breathe whenever you fell to do so.
Each breathwork-session will last for about 45 minutes, but I suggest you to take time for 60 minutes.
As stated above the sessions will be recorded and take place online via Zoom. All participants will get a link to the recorded version. So if you are in a timezone making it impossible for you to take part live or if you just don’t have the time to practise at 6pm (cet) with us, you can do this via the recorded session for the next 7 days.
We meet each week on thursdays at 6pm (cet) to breathe together, boost our prana, get centered and focussed.
