During these weekly breathwork-session we will practise some breathing-excercises on a specific topic. Each session will close with a short guided meditation.
You can join the session anytime, as this is not an ongoing course. You should already know the basic breathing-excercises as I do not explain and teach the excercises.
The next session will be on wednesday, january 26th, 2022 at 6:30 pm (cet).
The topic we’ll work on are light breathing-techniques for energy and focus closing with a meditation for a still body.
