We conctrate on stilling the mind and body asnd work on developing a sharper mind, consciousness and awareness. By lowring the production of cortisol and the reduction of blood lactate, meditation & breathwork help, to not let stress, anxiety, bad habits and even addictions take over our lifes.

Through meditation and breathwork we are able to spread and conduct the Prana to every part of the body and mind, giving us inner strength and developing mental concentration.

To achieve this, we simple inhale … exhale … and retain the air. By visualization in meditation we amplify and strengthen the flow of the Prana entering body and mind.
