We concentrate on stilling the body and the mind and work on developing a sharper mind, consciousness and awareness. By lowering the production of cortisol and the reduction of blood lactate, meditation & breathwork help, to not let stress, anxiety, bad habits etc. take over our lifes.
Through meditation and breathwork we are able to spread the Prana to every part of the body and the mind, giving us inner strength and developing mental concentration.
To achieve this, we simply inhale, exhale and hold the breath. By visualization we amplify the flow of Prana entering body and mind.
